combined solutions for intruder, ballistic, blast and fire resistance
Many suppliers of structural security products specialise in a single type of security: intruder, ballistic, blast or fire resistance.
In most cases, however, buildings need to be secured against a number of risks. After all, what use is ballistic resistance if an attacker is still able to force his way through the installation in another way? And however well a building may be able to withstand an explosion, if suitable measures have not been taken in the area of fire resistance, people's lives may still be at risk.
aalbers|wico can therefore help you with combined solutions too. Why not contact us?
tested in practice
We not only calculate the resistance value of our combined solutions on paper - we test it in practice too. Experienced 'intruders' put the intruder-resistant properties of our products to the test. We also have a ballistic test bunker to assess their ballistic resistance. Explosion resistance is tested in a shock tube and using field tests, while in the area of fire resistance we make use of facilities including a fire test furnace.
