quality should not be left to chance
We regularly hear from clients that they are pleasantly surprised by things we consider to be completely normal.
The fact that we telephone to consult with the client if a request is not entirely clear, for example. Or the fact that orders are always delivered on schedule and precisely in accordance with the specifications. Once again - things that we believe to be completely normal, but that we are apparently particularly good at.
quality controls throughout the process
The reason for this is probably that, for us, quality is not left to chance, but is embedded throughout the organisation in the form of procedures and protocols. All our production processes are set out in manuals, for example, and we have incorporated quality controls at all crucial points within these processes. We also have clear quality agreements in place with our suppliers, in addition to those we have with our own people. A good idea, don't you think?
