We manufacture, supply and install fire-resistant doors precisely in accordance with your specifications. If you wish, they can also be offered in combination with intruder-, ballistic- and blast-resistant properties.
tested in practice
The resistance value of our doors has not only been calculated on paper – it has been tested in practice too. At our own test centre we can see how our doors stand up to the toughest of conditions. We make use of a fire test furnace for this.
standards
Our doors are based on the standards NEN 6075, 6068 as well as 6069, and EN 1634, 1364, 13501 and 15269, but we can also go one step further. If stipulated in the Schedule of Requirements, we can supply a door offering the actual level of resistance you need. The official standards form the starting point here, but the door undergoes further testing on the basis of additional criteria.

testing methods
We test the fire resistance of all our doors in our own test centre in accordance with the methods described in the applicable standards NEN 6069 and EN 1634. This is made possible with the help of facilities including a test furnace.

resistance classes
The resistance class of fire-resistant doors is broadly defined on the basis of two factors: the function of the door (e.g. supporting, separating, insulating, etc.) and the length of time for which the door is able to maintain this function when exposed to fire.
